Claudio Zucchelli is Italian-German and holds a Ph.D. in Particle Physics from Stockholm University. Dr. Zucchelli is a real estate investor and he has partially lived and worked in Estonia since 2003. Previously Dr. Zucchelli has worked as a quantitative financial analyst at Handelsbanken in Stockholm. Dr. Zucchelli was investing in different areas of the Estonian real estate market until 2006, after that he has moved his investment focus. Dr. Zucchelli is a real European with multiple citizenships, speaking fluently several different languages.
Dag Kirsebom is Swedish-Norwegian and holds a MBA from Stockholm University. Since 2002 Mr. Kirsebom is co-owner and CEO of an Estonian internet company with clients in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and UK. In the beginning of the 90s Mr. Kirsebom worked for Securum in Stockholm. Securum was created to sell 50 billion SEK in collateral for unpaid bank loans to Nordbanken (today Nordea). The collateral was mainly in the form of real estate that was confiscated from debtors as a result of the deep bank and credit crises in Sweden at the time.
